Fair Use Policy

Arcasend Cloud includes 3,000 reviews per month per licence key under normal fair-use conditions.

What counts as a review

Each time Arcasend reviews a draft message against our AI (a POST to /review), it counts as one review. Bypass sends, green auto-sends, and local-AI reviews do not count.

What happens when you hit the cap

Reviews pause for the rest of the calendar month. You will receive an email when you reach 90% of the cap so you have warning. The counter resets at the start of your next billing cycle.

Abuse

Automated bulk use, reselling access, or any use inconsistent with personal or team workplace communication is not permitted. We reserve the right to suspend licences used abusively.
